Customer Reviews
I bought this lightweight bag for summer camping, packrafting and backpacking.
I am 5'10 and ~225, and this bag is a tight squeeze, but not terribly so.
It compresses down very nicely and would be hard to beat at the price tag.
It came with a small stuff sack with compression straps, but with the bag alone in the sack the straps do not really do anything at all, due to the fact even when they are totally tightened, there is nevertheless slack in the bag.
They'd be beneficial if you place in a liner or outer shell to add warmth to this bag I assume, but otherwise they do not do a lot.
Not substantially else to say, I've discovered it comfy, but undoubtedly ymmv.
Really good lightweight bag.
The sleeping bag is fine for what I am working with it for (Europe in summer--not heavy duty camping). Nevertheless, I have been emailing with the firm over this weird label that came on the bag. It says "This product consists of chemicals, like lead identified (to the state of CA)to lead to cancer and other birth defects or other reproductive harm. Wash hands just after handling." It sort of scared me, mainly because I was thinking that if I slept in this bag, washing my hands after use would not address most of the contamination. On the other hand, the enterprise (which is actually quick at responding to buyer emails) said that this label is on the sleeping bag because of Prop 65 which calls for every item in california to have this label...he utilised automobiles as an example. I do not know if I believe this, since I have purchased points in california and not observed the label. I am still going to use it due to the fact I believe him enough to not care that considerably anymore. anyway If you get it just be ready for that truth.
